30 Day Money Back Guarantee Policy

Ultrapresence annual web hosting plans carry a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your one year, paid in advance, term, you will be given a full refund minus a $25.00 CDN administration fee and any charges for overages.

The full amount paid will be refunded if the account order is canceled prior to activation or if the new domain name registraton was not available at the InterNIC.

This policy does not apply to any additional services such as overages, disk space, SSL certificates, custom setup charges, script installation charges, etc.

To cancel a package login to the "Account Manager", select "Get Support" and create a new support ticket using the "Support Desk", selecting "Cancel Service" from the type popup. Make sure you include the domain name that you are cancelling.
